UPSHIFT goes international! 🎉 For the first time, participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, and Albania will come together in Sarajevo, November 10–14, 2025.
💡 What is UPSHIFT?
A youth program that helps you spot real problems in your community and, with your team, design sustainable & innovative solutions. With mentors by your side, you’ll learn step by step how to turn ideas into impact – and compete for €1,600 per team to make your solution real.
👉 Who can apply?
Teams of 4 young people (16–25 years old).
From Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia & Albania
Keep in mind the importance of gender diversity.

Don’t worry – you don’t need the solution yet. We’ll work on that together at the workshop!
