AIM OF THE PROJECT

This project provides training for entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and startup beginners, focusing on essential entrepreneurial skills through practical experience. The objectives include boosting self-awareness, improving teamwork, understanding motivation and stress, and learning business planning techniques. By the end of the project, you will have a better understanding of human behavior, improved planning and process management, and insight into stress and motivation dynamics in life.

During the training we will work on the entrepreneur competencies like self-assesment, managing a team or a process, communication, cooperation, how to keep motivation and how to make a business plan. Of course this means participants will work on their own idea or they can work in groups on a common idea as well. It is also a support those who do not have their own business idea too. This will be a learning by doing training and it means participants will have experiences in the topics above.

As the results of the training participants will able to understand their and other people’s reactions better in different situations. They will be aware of what is the most important competencies in an entrepreneur and how can they develop. Participants will get experience in teamwork, time management, communication meaningfully with others, making a vision board and business plans. They will also understand how the stress, motivation does and challenges works in life and how can they manage it.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

1. To Understand the Importance of Self-Consciousness: Develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence to enhance personal growth, adaptability, and decision-making in both professional and personal contexts.
2. Cultivate effective team collaboration skills, such as communication, conflict resolution, and consensus-building, in order to contribute to productive and harmonious group dynamics.
3. To Learn How Motivation and Stress Works: Explore the aspects of human motivation and stress management, enabling participants to cope with stress in entrepreneurial pursuits.
4. Get Experience in Presenting Ideas: Gain hands-on experience in crafting and delivering persuasive and engaging presentations, a crucial skill for pitching ideas and products to investors, customers, and stakeholders.
5. Discuss the Most Important Competences for Entrepreneurs: Identify and delve into key competencies required for entrepreneurial success, such as leadership, creativity, adaptability, financial literacy, and strategic thinking.
6. To Learn About Goal Setting and Methods for Making Plans for the Future: Develop the ability to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) goals and strategic plans to guide entrepreneurial ventures and personal development.
7. Gain Insight into the World of AI and How It Can Support Entrepreneurship: Understand the applications of artificial intelligence in entrepreneurship, including data analytics, automation, and machine learning, and discover how to leverage AI for business growth and innovation.
8. Enhance Problem-Solving Skills: Cultivate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling participants to effectively address the challenges and obstacles commonly faced by entrepreneurs.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE

It is created for young people from 18 years, who are eager to extend their knowledge, upgrade their skills and broaden their horizons.

Participants must be open to meeting participants from other countries and have motivation to take part in a mutual learning process in a very intercultural setting. They must have the desire to be an entrepreneur, who is thinking on change their career or just thinking on to be a digital nomad but need to understand the entrepreneur’s mindset, or those who would like to establish the first startup company. Participants must be able to communicate in English. Participants must attend all training sessions and actively participate in them.

ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRAVELLING

Participants will stay in Balatonszárszó, Hungary.

The participants will be accommodated in shared rooms, 2-5 per room. During the stay, food will be prepared by experienced cooks, provided at the venue. Three meals and two coffee breaks per day will be provided.
