ABOUT THE PROJECT
The main purpose of the project will be to improve the awareness of young people in the field of sustainable knowledge and experience – ecological development of urban communities, and environmental protection, – shaping the practical competencies of future specialists in the field of ecology and recreation in the field of adaptation of cities to climate change, waste management, protection of green areas and sustainable development of urban communities. Special focus will be put on:
- elimination of the effects of isolation
- improvement of the physical health of the project participants
- determination of the level of Internet addiction and its reduction
- involvement of representatives of local communities in the problems of youth and healthy lifestyle among young people
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
Requirements:
- youth workers, young leaders
- good knowledge of English
- open-minded
- previous experience regarding the work with young people in the context of employability education and ability to use methods and new knowledge in everyday work
- motivated and interested in the issue of employability, in particular of youth categories
ABOUT HOSTING ORGANIZATION
The Foundation CIM promotes democratic values, promote the idea of unity of Slavs, educates about the European knowledge and values, initiates, plans and implements projects aimed at education of youth exchange in the spirit of learning about cultures, is focused on active cooperation in the development of civil society, organizes activities for organizations whose statutory objectives are: scientific, scientific and technical, educational, cultural activities, in the field of physical culture and sport, environmental protection, charity, health protection and social assistance, vocational and social rehabilitation of invalids, implements activities on favor of national and ethnic minorities and a regional language , activities for equal rights of women and men and so on.
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRAVELLING
During the program, the participants will be accommodated in the Department of Professional Activityand in Budy Głogowskie
