Training Course “Cyber Youth Workers”

Main, long term aim of this project is to improve quality, availability and visibility of youth work, by building capacities of youth workers and youth leaders to create and implement new and innovative programs in the sphere of digital youth work.

This project aims to offer space for reflection on the experience in the period of pandemic, lock-down and restricted mobility, draw some conclusions and capitalize on the lessons learned. Main, long term aim of this project is to improve quality, availability and visibility of youth work, by building capacities of youth workers and youth leaders to create and implement new and innovative programs in the sphere of digital youth work.

WHAT CAN YOU GET OUT OF THIS PROJECT?

  • Acquiring new and improve existing digital competences;
  • Increasing your competence in developing and implementing youth work programs;
  • Improving your communication, leadership and teamwork skills;
  • Learning how to use different digital tools in order to support active participation of young people;
  • Having new tools for working with young people on different topics relevant to your target group;
  • Be more confident in developing and implementing international projects;

The participants should:

  • be youth workers and youth leaders; volunteers or staff of organisations, youth clubs, youth centres, etc.
  • be from Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Turkey, Lithuania, Portugal or Greece
  • be able to communicate efficiently in English
  • be motivated to contribute actively in the full project in all of its phases
  • be committed to disseminate the learning outcomes on local level
  • be ready to experience, share & explore!
