- Welcome to our world of building startups!
We’re talking about an intensive 12-week paid internship program focused on building real products. During this Programme, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with our amazing team and gain firsthand valuable industry experience.
For 3 months, you’ll make a deep-dive into our culture, actively collaborate with others, share and receive feedback, learn and expand your knowledge, as well as get a chance to leave a lasting footprint on your project.

Work on real projects
Alongside your personal mentor, you will get the opportunity to work on real products in a real startup environment. We’re talking about product design & discovery, as well as product management best practices all relevant to the challenges of building successful products.
Paid
You’re here to learn, improve your skills, and grow in the startup world. As such, you’ll be treated as
part of the team, so expect to be compensated fairly for your contribution during the Product School program.
Housing Support
If you’re living outside of Sarajevo and are chosen for our Product School Program, we’ll accommodate your travel and housing expenses, so you can focus on your studies and internship.
Community
It’s not all about work! During the Program, you become an active part of our community and can attend all online and in-person events. Coffee breaks, hangouts, meetups, in-house workshops and presentations – As you will see for yourself, there is plenty ways to meet the team and learn around MOP.
Eligibility
To be considered to join our Product School, there is a couple of criteria to meet:
- You currently live in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Proficient in English language.
- Available to work full-time at the indicated office for the required Program duration.
