This 2-day online training is designed for youth workers, educators, and professionals in non-formal learning.

It focuses on ChatJOB, an AI-powered chatbot that supports youth employability and skill development. Participants will explore the capabilities of AI chatbots in providing personalized guidance and feedback, learn best practices for integrating chatbots into non-formal learning activities, and discuss key ethical considerations, including privacy, consent, and bias.

The training includes interactive sessions with case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises, helping participants develop actionable plans to use chatbots effectively in their work with young people. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to enhance young people’s employability skills while applying innovative AI tools in non-formal youth work.
