E-learning

30 June 2025 | online, Bulgaria

Designed for youth workers, NGO representatives, trainers and volunteers who are interested in exploring Key Action 2 (K2) opportunities under the Erasmus+ program.

This webinar is designed for youth workers, NGO representatives, trainers, and volunteers who are interested in exploring Key Action 2 (K2) opportunities under the Erasmus+ programme. It offers a practical overview of how to plan, apply for, and implement strategic partnership projects that foster innovation, collaboration, and capacity building across Europe.

Participants will gain:

  • A clear understanding of the key elements to consider when planning a K2 project, including eligibility requirements, organisational capacity, partner selection, and role distribution

  • Insights into how to write a successful application and the criteria evaluators use when assessing K2 proposals

  • First-hand experience shared by two organisations that have successfully implemented multiple K2 projects, both small- and large-scale

  • A best-practice example: a free online learning platform offering courses on personal and professional development and entrepreneurship

  • The opportunity to ask questions and receive practical advice from experienced practitioners

Target audience:
Youth workers, NGO representatives, volunteers, and trainers who are considering applying for a K2 project or want to understand the process more thoroughly.

Important notes:

K2 projects (Strategic partnerships) offer funding between €30,000 and €400,000. These projects aim to enhance the capacity of organisations, support cooperation with European partners, and develop new methodologies for youth work and learning.

The webinar is based on the organisers’ practical experience in writing, implementing, and reporting K2 projects. The information and opinions shared do not represent the official views of the Erasmus+ National Agency or any other EU institution.

Participation in the WEBINAR is free of charge.
