“Bridge for Mind and Nature” is an online event aimed at providing an opportunity to engage in nature-based activities that foster a connection to inner and outer nature in order to integrate them in youth work.

“Bridge for Mind and Nature” is a webinar that will offer the chance to experience various nature-based activities that can inspire a deep connection to oneself, others and nature that can be integrated into youth work

  • What is your inner nature
  • How can you be in conversation with outer nature?
  • How can you bridge inner and outer nature in your life and youth work?

During the webinar, we will explore:

  • scientific benefits of nature 
  • concept of biophilia and interconnectedness
  • youth work tools and practices to cultivate a connection with oneself, others, nature

The tools and practices offered will incorporate elements of mindfulness, embodiment, poetry, nature connection, and eco-art.

The workshops are part of the “Bridge for Mind and Nature” project, which is funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. 

FACILITATORS

ELENI KARDAMITSI:  Eleni is a trainer and a sustainability coach supporting organisations, professionals and organisations to be their sustainable selves and entities. Through simple daily practices, Eleni coaches individuals and teams to expand in creativity, authenticity and gratitude. She has a 10-year experience in training and facilitation in the field of activism, community building, empowerment, mindfulness and nature-based learning.

SARA MARZO: Sara is a trainer and apprentice Nature Coach from Italy guiding individuals and groups to become more conscious human beings and to connect authentically to themselves, to others and to nature, to engage in meaningful actions in their lives and to better impact our planet Earth. She has more than 10 years of experience in international project management and youth work. She brings expertise in mindfulness, eco-somatic practices, ecopsychology and nature-based methods to her work.
