Are you interested in learning how to design services, products, and activities for young people using service design methodology? If so, the DesYIgn eLearning course is for you!
DesYIgn eLearning course is designed for youth (information) workers who want to learn how to use service design methodology when working with young people. The course introduces service design and provides information, resources, and practical exercises to help you apply service design principles and methodology in a youth information context.
When? 22 May – 5 July 2023
How long? The full course will run for 6,5 weeks with three compulsory webinars on 22 May, 5 June, and 3 July. The expected course completion time is 4-6 hours/week, 28 hours in total.
Where? Online on ERYICA’s DOYIT eLearning platform
