Online training with a focus on the following topics: misinformation, NGOs participation in EU policies creation, active citizenships, value of voting in representative democracy, using new tools for e-democracy.

The Capacity Building will be held online, we kindly ask you to choose one of the following dates:

  • 23rd of January from 14.00 to 18.00 CET
  • 24th of January from 09.00 to 13.00 CET
  • 25th of January from 14.00 to 18.00 CET
  • 26th of January 09.00 to 13.00 CET

AP8 is a project funded by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), CERV-2022-CITIZENS-CIV, Citizens’ engagement and participation strand. The partnership is composed by three European organizations, CESIE (Italy, coordinator), ERASMUS STUDENT NETWORK (ESN) Dubrovnik (Croatia) and ACTIVE CITIZENS PARTNERSHIP (Greece). The goals of AP8 are the following:

  • to develop an interest in and commitment for active citizenship participation and strengthen
    capacities among youth and stakeholders (teaching staff, NGOs, youth workers and policy makers)
  • to strengthen democratic participation, citizens’ empowerment and fostering inclusion of citizens
    in the EU
  • to raise awareness among the new generation and strengthening democratic participation amongyouth, especially encouraging young people to participate in elections 2024 and getting deeper understanding of EP and EU structure
