{"id":7721,"date":"2021-03-30T09:41:56","date_gmt":"2021-03-30T07:41:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=7721"},"modified":"2021-03-30T09:41:58","modified_gmt":"2021-03-30T07:41:58","slug":"quest4quality-the-online-version-of-atoq","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=7721","title":{"rendered":"Quest4Quality &#8211; The online version of ATOQ"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Training Course \/ 1-21 June 2021 | Online, Italy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quest4Quality is the online version of the ATOQ training course, which takes youth exchange organisers through a playful and gameful learning experience &#8211; online and offline &#8211; to pursue the quality in their youth exchange projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aim of the course<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quest4Quality Training Course aims at supporting youth workers\/leaders to analyse and reflect their practices and increase the quality of the European youth exchanges, from preparation to follow-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It ensures that young people are involved from the beginning and that the project maintains a high-quality educational framework. In essence, this course facilitates the journey from past, to present, to future experiences with a focus on better understanding and increasing quality (of youth involvement, of activities, of non-formal learning, of projects\u2019 design and implementation, of team work etc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Target groups<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quest4Quality TC is for participants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Who took part in a youth exchange project or were directly involved in sending or hosting youth exchange groups as organiser or group leader<\/li><li>Who were directly involved in developing and submitting an application for a youth exchange (granted or rejected)<\/li><li>Who managed a youth exchange project\u2019s organisation or logistic aspects<\/li><li>Who want to organise &#8211; better &#8211; youth exchanges in the future.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants need to be ready to reflect and share their previous experience with peers and be motivated to question common misconceptions and to transfer good practices to their daily work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Content<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quest4Quality is about various aspects related to the quality of youth exchanges, so we engage participants in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Critically reflecting upon their previous international youth exchange experience(s)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assessing the impact of past youth exchanges on young people, organisations and the wider community<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reflecting on \u2018values\u2019 in youth work and youth exchanges and how they are put into concrete practice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analysing theory\/policy and practice related to<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Active participation of young people<\/li><li>Quality cooperation with partners<\/li><li>Intercultural learning<\/li><li>Impact and dissemination of results<\/li><li>Developing a quality programme for a youth exchange<\/li><li>Non-formal learning methodology<\/li><li>How to support young people\u2019s learning in the project<\/li><li>Competence needed for youth projects\u2019 management<\/li><li>Inclusion and inclusivity<\/li><li>Future of international youth mobility.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training will be delivered by three very experienced youth exchange trainers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Elizabeth Kasa-M\u00e4lksoo (EE)<\/li><li>Nerijus Kriauciunas (LT)<\/li><li>Anita Silva (PT)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Format and Timeline<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quest4Quality online is a training programme facilitated through digital content and activities hosted on the HOP online learning platform and Zoom meeting sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be 6 webinars over 3 weeks, with a maximum of 40 hours of learning and practice time,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>including online content, group sessions, gamified tasks and individualised support.
