Ovaj put se dru\u017eimo uz Je\u010danje \u2013 Narodnu tehniku disanja koju \u0107e voditi Ognjen Tadi\u0107, psiholog koji nam ka\u017ee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eDisanje (respiracija \u2013 re spiracija, obnavljanje duha) je najva\u017enija \u017eivotna funkcija, jer bez vazduha ne mo\u017eemo izdr\u017eati ni 10 minuta. Zato je disanje jako povezano sa mnogim drugim \u017eivotnim funkcijama, kao npr. radom srca. Vje\u017ebanjem tehnika disanja mo\u017eemo umiriti i opustiti svoje tijelo. Je\u010danje je narodni naziv za specifi\u010dan na\u010din disanja kroz koji mo\u017eemo da se relaksiramo.
