{"id":6069,"date":"2021-02-03T10:41:47","date_gmt":"2021-02-03T08:41:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=6069"},"modified":"2021-02-03T10:41:49","modified_gmt":"2021-02-03T08:41:49","slug":"rodne-nejednakosti-i-njihove-posljedice-na-trziste-rada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=6069","title":{"rendered":"Rodne nejednakosti i njihove posljedice na tr\u017ei\u0161te rada"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Novo istra\u017eivanje koje je implementirala Evropska Institucija za ravnopravnost polova (EIGE) do\u0161lo je do niz pora\u017eavaju\u0107ih informacija koliko vremena \u017eene provode rade\u0107i nepla\u0107eni posao (npr: ku\u0107anski poslovi) i u kojoj mjeri su zanemarene u odnosu na mu\u0161karce posebno u oblasti rada i zapo\u0161ljavanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U EU i okru\u017eenju ve\u0107inu nepla\u0107enog posla  (ku\u0107anski poslovi i briga o bli\u017enjima) obavljaju \u017eene. To zna\u010dajno ote\u017eava njihovo u\u010de\u0161\u0107e na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada. \u017dene imaju zna\u010dajno ni\u017eu stopu zaposlenosti od mu\u0161karaca. \u017dene tako\u0111e \u010de\u0161\u0107e prihvataju nestandardni i slabo pla\u0107eni posao (\u010desto bez osigurane  socijalne za\u0161tite), jer fleksibilnost ovih zaposlenja omogu\u0107ava im da usklade svoje pla\u0107eno zaposlenje i obaveze ku\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada u\u0111u na tr\u017ei\u0161te rada, \u017eene \u010desto dobijaju poslove koji se odnose na njegu, a  koji poja\u010davaju i odra\u017eavaju njihovu brigu o drugima u dru\u0161tvu. Me\u0111utim, sektor za\u0161tite i njege je sistematski potpla\u0107en i nedovoljno finansiran u odnosu na druge sektore kojima dominiraju mu\u0161karci. Razlog za ovo mo\u017ee le\u017eati u dubokim ostacima tradicija gdje su sve u doma\u0107instvu obavljale \u017eene.  U isto vrijeme, \u017eene nailaze na prepreke u napredovanju u karijeri i uglavnom su nedovoljno zastupljene u rukovode\u0107im pozicijama u ve\u0107ini sektora privrede. Ovo je najvidljivije u sektorima kojima dominiraju \u017eene kao npr:  zdravstvo i obrazovanje. Sve ovo rezultira da su u prosjeku \u017eene 16% manje pla\u0107ene za iste poslove u odnosu na mu\u0161karce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zemlje u kojima se mu\u0161karci aktivno uklju\u010duju u ku\u0107anske poslove i njegu, tako\u0111er pokazuju i znatno manje razlike u platama. Uprkos tim promjenama, statisti\u010dke analize pokazuju da jednaka podjela poslova nije \u010desta u EU i da aktivnosti njege i brige u ku\u0107i i dalje obavljaju uglavnom \u017eene.
