Accommodation and meals during the exchange are covered by the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BEFORE ARRIVAL<\/strong> \u2013 Tell your group leader about dietary requirements, allergies and accessibility needs. Room allocation, meal times and check-in arrangements will be confirmed by the organisers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>WINTER NOTE \u2013 Pack for freezing weather, snow and icy paths.
