What started as a small initiative gradually developed into an organisation focused on integration, sustainability, democracy, youth participation and international cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our Mission<\/strong> \u2013 Advance the integration of minorities, empower young people, strengthen organisations and support sustainable development.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our Vision<\/strong> \u2013 Inclusive societies where diverse cultures coexist peacefully, people participate fully, and exclusion and discrimination are challenged.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the Project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cultural minorities are often the first to face isolation, prejudice and conflict in their communities. This training responds by equipping practitioners who work with vulnerable and socially marginalised multi-ethnic young people with practical intercultural, inclusion and peacebuilding competences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Main Aim<\/strong> \u2013 Build cross-cultural awareness and diversity as foundations for peace, while exchanging effective practices for peaceful and nonviolent social action in youth work.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>course<\/strong> will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>strengthen intercultural communication and negotiation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>explore constructive responses to isolation and disputes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>promote meaningful youth participation and multicultural dialogue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>introduce peacebuilding, non-violent action and learning-by-doing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Venue and Accommodation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Mediterranean meeting point shaped by European, North African and maritime histories. <strong>Malta\u2019s<\/strong> multilingual and culturally diverse setting makes it a fitting place to explore dialogue, coexistence and intercultural learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rooms:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Three to four-bed shared rooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International room allocation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gender and inclusion needs considered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Air-conditioned rooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special requirements due two weeks before arrival<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Meals:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buffet meals and two coffee breaks daily<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vegetarian, vegan and non-pork options<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allergies and medical diets must be declared in the registration form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Participation Expectations and What to Bring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course uses non-formal education and a continuous experiential learning cycle.
