{"id":52585,"date":"2026-06-09T07:19:29","date_gmt":"2026-06-09T05:19:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=52585"},"modified":"2026-06-09T07:19:37","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T05:19:37","slug":"training-course-adventure-europe-vii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=52585","title":{"rendered":"Training Course: Adventure Europe VII"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10-16 October 2026 | Viroinval, Belgium &#8211; FR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adventure Europe is a long-term training course for youth and youth care workers interested in adventure and outdoor experiential learning approaches that support the learning, wellbeing, and positive mental health of the young people they work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adventure Europe is a long-term training course for youth &amp; youth care workers, who are interested in adventure and outdoor experiential learning approaches, to support the learning,&nbsp;wellbeing&nbsp;and positive mental health of the young people they work with.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adventure Europe is part of the Strategic Partnership for Inclusion coordinated by Salto&nbsp;Inclusion &amp; Diversity, with the aim to make possible the participation of young people with fewer opportunities in the Erasmus+ and ESC\u202fprogrammes&nbsp;international mobility.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seventh&nbsp;edition of Adventure Europe will be held in&nbsp;Belgium,&nbsp;Viroinval&nbsp;with an international team of well-seasoned trainers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will consist of:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Residential Outdoor training:\u00a0<strong>10-16 October 2026<\/strong>,\u00a0Viroinval, Belgium\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Five Online Coaching sessions\u00a0November\u00a02026\u00a0&#8211; March 2027\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Residential consolidation meeting\u202f<strong>10 \u2013 14 April 2027<\/strong>,\u00a0\u202fViroinval, Belgium\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Target Group&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adventure Europe wants to reach social and youth (care) workers, who&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>feel\u00a0the need to\u00a0acquire\u00a0new competences and tools to offer a meaningful response to the need of\u00a0the young\u00a0people with fewer opportunities they work with.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are motivated to create opportunities for their target group to have positive relational,\u00a0emotional\u00a0and physical experiences,\u00a0facilitated\u00a0by Outdoor and Experiential Learning methods.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>want to improve their possibilities to co-create mobility opportunities in Europe in\u00a0favour\u00a0of the youngsters they work with\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are supported by the\u00a0organisation\u00a0they work for to learn and grow as a youth worker in an international learning community, to implement and experiment with new methods in their work with youngsters, and to take part in the creation of European mobility opportunities in\u00a0favour\u00a0of their target group.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objectives&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Adventure Europe training cycle will&nbsp;provide&nbsp;participants opportunities to:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>experience adventures in the outdoors and reflect on their personal learning\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>learn the basic theories behind experiential learning and reflective practices\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develop skills in processing an experience with their target group\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have\u00a0their own experiential learning journey and reflect on how to transfer it into their professional context\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to use Adventure and Outdoor Experiential Learning approach for the learning and increased wellbeing of their youngsters\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>implementing their learnings in their local working environment supported by coaching\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>learning how to use Erasmus+ opportunities and mobility projects for their target group\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create\u00a0a network of potential future partnerships in Erasmus+ projects.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Program&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adventure Europe is a long-term training course, organized in three&nbsp;well designed&nbsp;phases.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Phase 1:<\/strong> A residential Outdoor and Experiential Training, held in the natural environment of\u00a0Viroinval,\u00a0Belgium\u00a0from the\u202f<strong>10th to the 16th of October 2026<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0Participants will be accommodated in double rooms.
