Through practical workshops, group activities, and community engagement, participants gain tools for healthier lifestyles and long-term personal growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project Theme\/Topic<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mental well-being through yoga and mindfulness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objectives of this project:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teach stress and emotion management techniques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote mind\u2013body awareness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build resilience and self-confidence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage healthy, balanced lifestyles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PROGRAMME AND PARTICIPATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Programme Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supporting young people\u2019s mental well-being through non-formal learning, helping them manage stress and emotions with yoga and mindfulness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Participant Contribution:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants are expected to actively participate in all sessions, contribute to discussions and group work, respect group rules, and supportaninclusivelearningenvironment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CULTURAL EVENING<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Cultural Evening <\/strong>is a participant-led activity where groups present elements of their culture, such as traditions, music, dances, games, symbols, and food.
