This is the second DigiSkill Online Courses for Mastering Digital Project Management focused on motivation, effective communication, conflict resolution, stakeholders and expectations management, remote work and leadership on digital projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This online course introduces youth project managers, youth workers, trainers, and students to the communication, tools, and techniques of leadership in digital project management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This course equips learners with essential leadership and teamwork skills needed to manage and collaborate effectively in digital project environments. Participants will explore modern leadership models, team dynamics, motivation, communication, conflict resolution, and digital collaboration tools. Emphasis is placed on leading virtual and cross-functional teams within Agile and fast-paced digital projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every Thursday, for 5 weeks and 2-hour sessions, the facilitator will explore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Building and Leading Digital Teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Communication and Motivation in Digital Environments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Leading in Agile and Dynamic Digital Projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
