Be Yourself is an international training course focused on self-awareness, wellbeing, authenticity, and personal growth. It offers youth workers space to reconnect with themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and lead others with integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Be Yourself \u2013 On the Way to Self-Discovery is an international training course designed for youth workers, educators, facilitators, and volunteers who want to deepen their self-awareness, authenticity, and emotional wellbeing. In a world filled with constant digital noise, expectations, and pressure, this project provides the space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with personal values and inner balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The training takes place in a natural and peaceful environment, supporting meaningful reflection, honest dialogue, and mindful connection with others. Participants will explore their personal boundaries, inner strength, emotional awareness, and self-care practices\u2014key elements for sustainable and healthy support of young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through experiential learning, guided reflection, group processes, and non-formal education methods, participants will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Develop authentic self-leadership and personal integrity
– Strengthen emotional resilience and self-awareness
– Learn tools for mental wellbeing, balance, and burnout prevention
– Reconnect with their inner and outer world and what truly matters<\/p>\n\n\n\n
