This course will provide participants with a structured and systematic experience into EntreComp, from a theoretical perspective but also a practical one, which will be, applied within their youth work services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By the end of the activity, participants will be able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>understand the EntreComp Framework,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develop their competences in ideas and opportunities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enhance their resource management skills,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>implement their competences into action,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>apply EntreComp in their everyday Youth Work practice,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develop an action plan for integrating EntreComp competences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TARGET GROUP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Youth workers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>youth project coordinators and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>educators active in the youth field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TEAM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Facilitators: Konstantinos Stergiou, Olga Kyriakidou and Konstantinos Spatiotis (members of the Pool of Trainers of Youth@Work Strategic Partnership).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT TO KNOW<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The working language will be (international) English.
