The European Commission\u2019s support for the production of this publication does not constitute an endorsement of the contents, which reflect the views only of the authors, and the Commission nor EACEA can be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ABOUT THE PROJECT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Training Laboratory<\/strong> is a training programme designed for educators, peer educators, and trainers working by means of non-formal education with young people on youth empowerment and active participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Training Laboratory explores the following themes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What is non-formal civic education, and how can it support young people\u2019s active civic participation?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What are the methodological essentials of non-formal education for civic education?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which competences does a civic educator need to have?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do I plan civic education activities for young people?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do I deliver a civic education workshop for young people?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme aims to develop competences that are needed for the planning and implementation of civic training, education courses, workshops, and youth encounters. A specific focus of the programme is on educational means and practices for strengthening youth participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PARTICIPANT PROFILE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Youth workers or those interested in working with young people<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivated to work on youth empowerment and conduct workshops and educational activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No age limit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to communicate in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivated to meet people from different countries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interested in exploring the topics of the project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivated to share experiences and knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available to participate for the entire duration of the project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bringing a respectful and proactive attitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interested in deepening their knowledge of societal conflicts and cleavages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ACCOMMODATION, FOOD &amp; TRAVEL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Location:<\/strong> R\u00e9vf\u00fcl\u00f6p, Hungary<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.beachszallorevfulop.hu\/\">https:\/\/www.beachszallorevfulop.hu\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants will be accommodated in shared rooms (2\u20135 people per room).
