Notifikacije, poruke, beskrajno skrolovanje\u2026 i odjednom je pro\u0161lo pola sata, a mi se ve\u0107 osje\u0107amo preplavljeno informacijama. Upravo tu nastaje razlika izme\u0111u jutra provedenog na mre\u017eama i jutra koje po\u010dinje ti\u0161inom, svjetlo\u0161\u0107u i malim ritualima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stru\u010dnjaci isti\u010du da jutro bez dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea daje na\u0161em umu prostor da se \u201eresetuje\u201d i krene u dan bez stresa. Svaki dan nosi niz spolja\u0161njih stresora \u2013 posao, rokovi, dru\u0161tvene obaveze.
