{"id":48037,"date":"2025-09-18T21:53:02","date_gmt":"2025-09-18T19:53:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=48037"},"modified":"2025-09-18T21:53:07","modified_gmt":"2025-09-18T19:53:07","slug":"soft-skills-101-cairo-egypt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=48037","title":{"rendered":"SOFT SKILLS 101 Cairo Egypt"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>E-learning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5-9 December 2025 | Cairo, Egypt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the 4-day training program, the participants are expected to get used to identify and practice how to conduct a training needs assessment and strategically use training to address those needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>General Activity Description<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We focus on very important soft skills for young people who travel, volunteer or work with people from different cultures.&nbsp;The training is practical \u2013 we do role plays, teamwork, small games and reflection.&nbsp;At the end, every participant will do two short practice sessions to show what they learn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goals &amp; Objectives\u010c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goal 1: Better cross cultural and Emotional intelligence skills.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objective 1.1: Learn to communicate&nbsp; with people from different backgrounds and cultures and accept others regardless their relegion or ideology.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indicator 1: 80% of participants can accept each others without judgement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objective 2: Understand own emotions and emotions of others (EQ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indicator 1: 70% of participants show higher empathy score after workshop activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objective 3: Handle conflicts and reduce cultural clashes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indicator 1: 80% of participants can resolve any conflict using means of dialogue.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goal 2: Work Better in Teams and Show Leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objective 1: Learn how to work in mixed culture teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indicator 1: 80% of participants finish group task&nbsp; challenge successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indicator 2: 70% of participants lead at least one exercise in the workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indicator 3: 80% of participants show adaptability during activity sessions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goal 3: Personal Growth and Productivity<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objective 3.1: Learn Presentation skills tools for volunteer work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Methodology:&nbsp;We use non-formal education \u2013 learning by doing, and All sessions will be&nbsp; interactive, simple and it depends on many different concepts such as small group tasks, roleplay and&nbsp;simulation, reflection and feedback circles, creative brainstorming.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Activities Overview<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Cross-Cultural Communication Roleplay:&nbsp;We are going to design a workshop for participants based on role play which they can Practice real situations&nbsp; with cultural differences and clashes&nbsp;&nbsp;with people from different cultures in order to Learn how to listen, avoid misunderstanding, and respect others regardless their religion or ideology.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Dialogue &amp; Conflict Resolution Training:&nbsp;We are going to organize Special session about means of&nbsp; dialogue and solving conflicts. We can invite a guest trainer or peace ambassador from &#8221; Ambassadors for Dialogue&nbsp; team&#8221; to teach participants active listening and peaceful negotiation skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Creative Presentation Tools (Prezi Workshop):&nbsp;We are going to teach participants creative and untraditional tools for making&nbsp; presentations (like Prezi) to make slides more creative and interesting, not just classic PowerPoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
