Do you want to dive deeper into community impact? Join our training course to discover how to make a tangible difference through your activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gain insights into the communities you serve and the impact you aim to achieve. Learn about effective tools and methods on how to measure and enhance your project&#8217;s community impact. Widen your knowledge about how to set up an action plan and take concrete first steps to elevate your project&#8217;s effectiveness through trying out tools and being inspired by peers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aims and objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volunteering and solidarity project organizers or participants will have the opportunity to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gain a better and deeper understanding of community impact in general<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn how to enhance community impact of their projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get a better connection with the ESC projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get insight in concrete tools (i.e. ImpactTool, design thinking methodology) for implementing, creating and measuring in your own context\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn how other organisations are creating impact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a network of impact-oriented partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methodology<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This training course uses non-formal learning methods. The ImpactTool and the design thinking methodology will be introduced as ways to ideate activities to improve community impact in ESC projects.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participants profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Active in the daily implementation of volunteering and\/or solidarity projects from European Solidarity Corps Programme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Youth worker who supports young people in participating in European Solidarity Corps activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Volunteering ESC Project coordinator\/manager motivated to sparkle change in their community through their work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentor, tutor, or coach of European volunteers and\/ or informal groups of young people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All participants should be older than 18 years and be able to communicate in English.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will happily discuss with you your support and\/or accessibility needs and meet them to the best of our abilities.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More information at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salto-youth.net\/tools\/european-training-calendar\/training\/sparking-change-enhancing-community-impact-in-european-solidarity-corps-activities.13505\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SALTO<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Training Course 3-7 November 2025 | Leuven, Belgium &#8211; FL Are you involved in volunteering and solidarity projects?
