{"id":45372,"date":"2025-03-28T08:56:22","date_gmt":"2025-03-28T06:56:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=45372"},"modified":"2025-03-28T08:56:27","modified_gmt":"2025-03-28T06:56:27","slug":"tic-tac-training-course-partnership-building-activity-mobility-of-youth-workers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=45372","title":{"rendered":"TIC TAC &#8211; Training Course &#038; Partnership Building Activity Mobility of Youth Workers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Training Course<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9-15 June 2025 | Rome, Italy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bringing together youth workers representing youth organisations the TICTAC aims at improving the potential of the participants to get involved in the program and increase the quality of KA153 (Youth Worker Mobility projects).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TICTAC<\/strong> is a network TC (training course) and PBA (partnership building activity) open for all National Agencies for the Erasmus+ (Youth) and European Solidarity Corps programme countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It targets voluntary and professional youth workers and youth leaders involved in international youth work and interested in using the programmes as a tool in the strategic development of their work or organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By bringing together representatives of youth organisations from different European countries the&nbsp;TICTAC aims at improving the potential of the participants to get involved in the programme and&nbsp;consequently increase the quality of future international mobility of youth workers projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TICTAC is built around long-term strategic planning and project cycle. TICTAC covers the main&nbsp;quality features of international youth work when building a local strategic plan as a tool for quality&nbsp;improvement of mobility of youth workers projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TARGET GROUP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The TICTAC is designed for youth workers and youth leaders, who<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf have experienced an international activity before (not necessarily a project under the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ERASMUS+ (Youth) or European Solidarity Corps programmes);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf are motivated to learn about and make use of the ERASMUS+ (Youth) programme for creating<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or strengthening international partnerships;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf are willing to work on the quality of their international projects;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf have the support of an organisation to attend the TICTAC and are in the position to implement&nbsp;European youth worker mobility projects in their organisation,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf are minimum 18 years old,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf are able to use English as a working language in order to establish effective communication&nbsp;during group-work and sessions. A low level of English will limit learning&nbsp; opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The youth workers&nbsp;come from the European programme countries of E+, with a maximum of 30 participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AIM AND OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The overall aim of the TICTAC TC\/PBA is to develop participants\u2019 competences for implementing&nbsp; \u2018Mobility of Youth Workers\u2019 projects within ERASMUS+ (Youth) Programme, as support measures in an organisation&#8217;s long-term strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The specific objectives are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf to promote the ERASMUS+ (Youth) Programme as an educational tool;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf to explore ERASMUS+ (Youth) Programme with a special focus on quality international&nbsp;cooperation, particularly on youth workers mobility;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf to understand the role ERASMUS+ (Youth) Programme within a long term local strategy;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf to develop the first steps of organising a \u2018Mobility of Youth Workers\u2019 project in the youth&nbsp;field within an international team;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf to develop participants\u2019 competences in planning Non Formal Education and Intercultural&nbsp;Learning processes;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf to promote Youth Participation and Active Citizenship as key elements when designing a&nbsp;European and international project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the TC\/PBA participants have the opportunity to meet and to get to know other organisations,&nbsp;hereby the possibility to create partnerships for future projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THE PROGRAMME<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The TICTAC TC\/PBA is built around strategic planning and a real project cycle. During the course<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>participants and trainers will explore the different dimensions around a concrete project.
