The European Commission\u2019s support for the production of this publication does not constitute an endorsement of the contents, which reflect the views only of the authors, and the Commission nor EACEA can be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ABOUT THE PROJECT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are thrilled to announce the OPEN CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS for the European Solidarity Corps volunteer opportunity with Explorator Association, which will take place in Craiova, Romania.This is a 6-month program starting from&nbsp;April&nbsp;2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInclusivity Unlocked\u201d is a podcast where young people and key figures from the cultural scene in Craiova engage in conversations about diversity, inclusion in education, the workplace, cultural spaces, gender equality, the challenges faced by emigrants, and international experiences. Hosted by Association Explorator, this project focuses on creating a podcast about inclusion and developing social media content related to ESC. We are particularly looking for volunteers with skills in video and audio production, editing, and social media management. Additionally, we welcome individuals who feel comfortable speaking in front of the camera to contribute to podcast and video content creation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Main activities of volunteers within the \u201cInclusivity Unlocked\u201d project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in developing the infrastructure for the \u201cInclusivity Unlocked\u201d podcast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct research, filming, and editing for the podcast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of social networks of the association \u2013 Instagram, YouTube, TikTok<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote ESC and E+ opportunities within the community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PARTICIPANT PROFILE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Age: 18\u201330 years old<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eligibility: Must not have completed a long-term EVS or ESC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language Skills: Medium-level English (speaking and writing) required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional widely-used international languages are a plus for some activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly motivated to participate and actively engaged in the selection process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to take on project tasks and responsibilities, remaining involved even after the project\u2019s completion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous volunteering\/work experience locally or internationally is a plus, particularly relevant to project activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ACCOMMODATION, FOOD &amp; TRAVEL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Accommodation: Volunteers will be accommodated in basic apartments, featuring shared bathrooms and kitchens.
