{"id":44924,"date":"2025-03-07T10:00:09","date_gmt":"2025-03-07T08:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=44924"},"modified":"2025-03-07T10:07:02","modified_gmt":"2025-03-07T08:07:02","slug":"training-course-the-power-of-non-formal-education-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=44924","title":{"rendered":"Training Course: The Power of Non Formal Education"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Training Course<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12-17 May 2025 | Rome, Italy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Improving the impact of Non Formal Education (NFE), in creating empowerment opportunities for young people as real actors of the society (from local to Europe).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Main aim&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To improve our educational impacts through experiencing a non-formal educational (NFE) process<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why this Training Course?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To stimulate the participants to feel and reflect about the power of non-formal education (NFE) by experimenting different educational methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; \u00a0To broaden our perception of NFE and its potential impacts in our different realities in Europe. &#8211; \u00a0To explore the complementarity between formal and non-formal educational sector. &#8211; To affirm the political dimension of non-formal education, as a way to take an active role in society (empowerment process). &#8211; To reconsider our daily educational work practices, identify our challenges in order to improve the coherence between values we promote and our daily actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How it will be done?<\/strong><br><br>In order to have real impacts, the participants experience an innovative approach, using a full immersion in the experiential learning cycle: doing\/ feeling, reflecting, transferring&#8230;<br><br>The TC is not limited to the five&nbsp;days the participants spend together but starts before the actual encounter. Participants should therefore be well aware that they will be actively involved from the very beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides the planned objectives and content of the&nbsp;activity, in informal moment, it is also an ideal opportunity to eventually find partners for future European&nbsp;projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pre-training immersion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Starting around 6 weeks before the training, through the \u201cNFE News\u201d, participants will receive weekly news which invites reflection on pedagogical issues and collect information \/ documentation. Participants are part of the building of this NFE News.
