Jedan od najjednostavnijih, ali i najmo\u0107nijih na\u010dina da to postignemo je vo\u0111enje kreativnog dnevnika. Ovo nije obi\u010dan dnevnik za zapisivanje dnevnih doga\u0111aja, ve\u0107 mjesto gdje tvoja ma\u0161ta i emocije dobijaju slobodu izra\u017eavanja.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kreativni dnevnik je li\u010dni prostor u kojem mo\u017ee\u0161 bilje\u017eiti misli, crtati, pisati pjesme, praviti liste, lijepiti fotografije ili bilo \u0161ta drugo \u0161to ti poma\u017ee da izrazi\u0161 sebe. Evo nekoliko ideja kako ga koristiti i za to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eksperimenti\u0161i s oblicima:<\/strong> Pi\u0161i kratke pri\u010de, pjesme, crtice iz svakodnevnog \u017eivota.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pravi liste:<\/strong> Tvoje omiljene knjige, filmove, snove, destinacije koje \u017eeli\u0161 posjetiti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dodaj boju:<\/strong> Koristi markere, olovke u boji ili akvarele za ukra\u0161avanje stranica.
