The European Commission\u2019s support for the production of this publication does not constitute an endorsement of the contents, which reflect the views only of the authors, and the Commission nor EACEA can be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ABOUT THE PROJECT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>BRAVO, in cooperation with Fondacija Poduzetnika u BiH, is announcing an open call for the Erasmus+ training course \u201cDecoding Cultures\u201d which will be held in Lodz, Poland from April 11th to 18th, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project aims to foster cultural understanding and integration among European youth workers through a blend of training and a study visit. Participants will explore Polish history and culture while sharing insights from their own countries, promoting mutual understanding, reducing stereotypes and strengthening European cohesion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THE OBJECTIVES OF THE YOUTH EXCHANGE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Combat prejudices and stereotypes by deepening cultural and historical awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Enhance integration through understanding cultural differences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Address the roots of radicalism to prevent future conflicts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Promote a harmonious European community by valuing diversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants will also develop skills in communication, leadership and cultural understanding while building a network of youth workers across regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VOLUNTEER PROFILE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Youth workers aged 18+ with experience in youth work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Good knowledge of English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Open-minded and passionate individuals eager to create community impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ACCOMMODATION, FOOD &amp; TRAVEL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants will be accommodated in Hotel Mazowiecki, Lodz.
