Embassy of Japan in Bosnia and Herzegovina is recruiting a local staff:Assistant to the Deputy Head of Mission and Culture and PR Department<\/strong>

Job description and working hours: <\/strong>\u2022 Job description<\/strong>: Assistant works for the Culture and Public Relations Department \u30fbSupporting the organization of cultural events and presentations for the purpose of promoting Japanese culture;\u30fbSupporting the implementation of scholarship and intellectual exchange programs;\u30fbPublic relations (daily monitoring of domestic media, regular updating of data on the Embassy website, providing information and support to the media related to the work of the Department, writing speeches, and other actions at the request of superiors);: Assistant works for the Deputy Head of Mission\u2022 Working hours: 8:30-12:30 and 13:30-17:00, Monday to Friday.In case of necessity, overtime work may be requested outside working ours as indicated above or on holidays (overtime allowance will be paid).\u2022 Working location: Sarajevo
Requirements: <\/strong>\u2022 Citizenship of Bosnia and Herzegovina or permanent residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina\u2022 Excellent ability of written and spoken English and Bosnian\/Croatian\/Serbian (knowledge of Japanese language is desirable)\u2022 Excellent IT and computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)\u2022 Excellent office work skills\u2022 Excellent communication skills\u2022 Applicants with similar working experience in other embassies and international organizations or working experience with Japanese staff are welcome to apply for the position.
