Are you interested in applying for an Erasmus+ or European Solidarity Corps Project in 2025&nbsp;focused on youth participation? Then, the Online Challenge is the place for you!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Online Challenge &#8211; Youth Participation Projects aims to challenge and support those interested&nbsp;in submitting their projects by the February 2025&nbsp;deadline of Erasmus+ or European Solidarity Corps (ESC) through a tailored learning &amp; mentorship programme!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>During the Online Challenge, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>learn <\/strong>about youth participation &amp; participatory approaches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>learn <\/strong>about quality elements of an Erasmus+\/European Solidarity project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>develop the concept and write participation projects<\/strong> that fit in one of the 3 formats:\u00a01) Erasmus+ KA1 &#8211; Youth exchanges; 2) Erasmus+ KA1 &#8211; Youth Participation Activities or 3) European Solidarity Corps (ESC30 Solidarity Projects)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>get tailored and quality support from mentors<\/strong> (experienced in developing\/assessing E+\/ESC projects)\u00a0who will help you to transfer your project idea into the application form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>find international partner(s) <\/strong>for the project and develop the project application together with them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>take part in e-learning modules<\/strong> and weekly tasks connected to youth participation and project writing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>get a YouthPass<\/strong> (if you are part of at least 80% of all activities in the challenge).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selection criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>potential beneficiaries who have little or no experience in participating in Erasmus+ and ESC projects<\/strong> (you can be in any of the following situations: you have joined as a participant in an\u00a0E+\/ESC activity; you have been part of the organising team but not developed a project by yourself; you have maximum two\u00a0E+\/ESC projects that have been approved but you want to learn more about how to develop quality projects)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>youth workers &amp; youth leaders<\/strong> &#8211; members\u00a0of an\u00a0organisation or informal group (you can and you are encouraged to apply on behalf of a team; the team can include both youth workers &amp; young people or just\u00a0young people)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>all interested persons &#8211; <strong>no age limit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>all interested persons capable of <strong>communicating effectively in English<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participation requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants should be <strong>available to join the following activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>16 January 2025, 10:00-16:00 CET &#8211; joint online kick-off meeting (mandatory for all selected participants)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active participation in the e-learning modules (min 80%) and completing weekly assignments via the online platform Howspace (individual accounts will be created after selection)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24 January 2025, 10-12:30 CET &#8211; Partnership finding activity &#8211; online meeting with potential partners\u00a0outside the Online challenge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1st week of February 2025 &#8211; Q&amp;A meeting with representative of NA for E+\/ESC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14 February 2025, 10:12:00 CET &#8211; joint online closing meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Other important&nbsp;criteria for participation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>available to\u00a0<strong>allocate\u00a02-3\u00a0working hours <\/strong>between 16 January and 1 Marchfor working \u00a0with your own team to develop the project idea and\u00a0meetings\/discussions with the mentor (individual work, online meetings, emails, chat messages)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interested in <strong>developing projects with a strong youth participation dimension<\/strong> &#8211; specifically one of the 3 formats:\u00a01) Erasmus+\u00a0 KA1 &#8211; Youth exchanges; 2) Erasmus+ KA154 &#8211; Youth Participation Activities; 3)\u00a0ESC (ESC30) Solidarity Projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interested in <strong>finding partners<\/strong> during the challenge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The main platform for sessions will be ZOOM (Central European Time).
