The European Commission\u2019s support for the production of this publication does not constitute an endorsement of the contents, which reflect the views only of the authors, and the Commission nor EACEA can be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AIMS OF THE PROJECT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Training course \u201cThe Greench\u201d is an education mobility for youth workers and professionals&nbsp;working with young people, focusing on sustainability, environmental consciousness, and&nbsp;green innovation. This project aims to empower participants with the skills, knowledge, and&nbsp;networks needed to address pressing environmental challenges and inspire young people&nbsp;to take action toward a sustainable future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze challenges faced by youth workers while promoting sustainable behaviour among youth in the communities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve the skills of youth workers in enhancing ecological responsibility among youth: educating youth on sustainable practices\u00a0 and the importance of reducing carbon and digital footprints;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discover innovative practices for reducing food waste through reusing and recycling methods, and explore how to apply these approaches effectively when engaging and working with young people;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop strategies and methods for integrating sustainability into daily youth work activities, fostering an environmentally conscious mindset among young people;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the recognition and visibility of green practices and new methods\/strategies used to promote green practices among youngsters;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Give information about Erasmus+ and other programs and give opportunity to make new projects, give to the NGOs working in rural areas the opportunity to share their experiences, and establish an inter-organizational net.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VOLUNTEER PROFILE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for:<br>\u25cf Youth workers, youth leaders and social workers, especially those who are involved in work on the topic of sustainability among&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; youth and interested in youth work innovations and ready to share them with their organization and local stakeholders through&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; follow-up.<br>\u25cf Who can share their experience and want to develop new methods of working. Good knowledge of English.<br>\u25cf Who are prepared for active participation<br>\u25cf The age of the participants should be 18+ (target group 20-35 years old). Gender balance is a must.&nbsp;Ideal candidates are team&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;players, independent workers, and open to diverse experiences in a rural setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ACCOMMODATION, FOOD &amp; TRAVEL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Participants will stay in multiple rooms 3-4 beds. Each room has its own bathroom. No single rooms are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the guest house and are prepared by&nbsp;our volunteers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Guest house facilities: bed-linen and towel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Traditional Italian food will be prepared by our volunteers and will be the same for&nbsp;all the participants.
