Ne moraju da rade na tome, zar ne? Napisala je i nekoliko knjiga na tu temu, uklju\u010duju\u0107i \u201cKako biti sre\u0107an: novi pristup da dobijete \u017eivot kakav \u017eelite\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao apstraktan koncept koji je subjektivan, sre\u0107a je osjetljiva tema za prou\u010davanje: emocionalno stanje je te\u0161ko definisati, a kamoli objektivno izmjeriti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSre\u0107a ima dvije komponente\u201d, ka\u017ee Lyubomirsky, napominju\u0107i da su nam potrebna oba aspekta da bismo bili \u201csre\u0107na\u201d osoba. \u201eIskustvo pozitivnih emocija \u2013 tako da je ve\u0107a vjerovatno\u0107a da \u0107e ljudi koji su sre\u0107ni iskusiti prili\u010dno \u010desto emocije kao \u0161to su radost, entuzijazam, smirenost, radoznalost, privr\u017eenost, ponos \u2013 to je jedna komponenta. Umjesto da imaju postavljenu ta\u010dku sre\u0107e, ka\u017ee Lyubomirsky, pojedinci imaju odre\u0111eni raspon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veliko pitanje za istra\u017eiva\u010de (i mnoge od nas) vra\u0107a se na onu \u010da\u0161u napola punu ili polupraznu: <strong>Mo\u017eemo li promijeniti svoj pogled na \u017eivot da bismo postali sre\u0107nija osoba?<\/strong> Lyubomirsky ka\u017ee da je to mogu\u0107e do odre\u0111enog stepena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNe mo\u017eete promijeniti svoju genetiku.
