Mogu se opustiti i odmoriti. \u017divot je dobar\u2019. Postoje dokazi da boravak u tom opu\u0161tenom stanju \u0161titi od anksioznosti, depresije i stresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konkretno, ljudi koji se \u010desto smiju prijavili su manju razinu optere\u0107enosti tokom stresnih \u017eivotnih situacija u pore\u0111enju s onima koji se rje\u0111e smiju, prema studiji iz 2020. godine objavljenoj u&nbsp;<em>PLOS One<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postavi sebi cilj da se nasmije\u0161 jednom dnevno. Kada ne pijemo dovoljno vode i do\u0111e do blage dehidracije, tijelo alarmira da smo u \u017eivotno opasnoj situaciji i po\u010dinje pove\u0107avati hormone stresa \u2013 posebno kortizol. Povi\u0161eni kortizol povezan je s anksiozno\u0161\u0107u, depresijom i poreme\u0107ajima raspolo\u017eenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako si pod stresom, poku\u0161aj popiti \u010da\u0161u hladne vode. Priroda nam je potrebna. Ljudska bi\u0107a su evoluirala tako da preferiraju okru\u017eenja s \u010distom vodom, sun\u010devom svjetlo\u0161\u0107u i prirodom jer su nam ona pru\u017eala resurse koji su nam bili potrebni za opstanak.
