U doba dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea, gdje ljudi dijele samo najbolje trenutke svog \u017eivota, lako je pasti u zamku misle\u0107i da su svi oko nas savr\u0161eni. Me\u0111utim, zaboravljamo da svako ima svoje izazove i trenutke nesigurnosti. Upore\u0111ivanje mo\u017ee dovesti do osje\u0107aja nedovoljnosti i umanjivanja vlastitih dostignu\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umjesto da se fokusiramo na tu\u0111e \u017eivote, trebali bismo raditi na sopstvenom li\u010dnom razvoju. Ako stalno sami sebi govorimo da nismo dovoljno pametni, dovoljno lijepi ili dovoljno sposobni, postajemo \u017ertve vlastite negativne sugestije. Ova forma samosabota\u017ee mo\u017ee imati ozbiljan uticaj na na\u0161e samopouzdanje i kavalitet \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umjesto negativnog samopri\u010danja, trebali bismo raditi na afirmativnom pristupu. Bilo bi dobro zapo\u010deti dan pozitivnim mantrama ili afirmacijama koje \u0107e nas podsje\u0107ati na na\u0161e vrijednosti i snagu. Ignorisanje fizi\u010dkog zdravlja, bilo da je rije\u010d o nedostatku fizi\u010dke aktivnosti, nepravilnoj ishrani ili nedostatku odmora, mo\u017ee dovesti do osje\u0107aja iscrpljenosti i nesigurnosti. Briga o fizi\u010dkom zdravlju nije samo pitanje izgleda, ve\u0107 je i dobrobit koja uti\u010de na mentalno zdravlje i stanje duha. Redovna fizi\u010dka aktivnost osloba\u0111a endorfine, pobolj\u0161ava raspolo\u017eenje i doprinosi op\u0161tem osje\u0107aju samopouzdanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bismo izgradili sna\u017eno samopouzdanje, moramo se aktivno odupirati ovim, a i drugim, sabota\u017enim navikama.
