Iako neki ljudi u\u017eivaju u ovim vrstama filmova, trebali bismo biti svjesni potencijalnih negativnih uticaja. Gledanje zastra\u0161uju\u0107ih sadr\u017eaja mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati nivo kortizola, \u0161to mo\u017ee naru\u0161iti san i izazvati negativne fiziolo\u0161ke i mentalne promjene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Horor zabava mo\u017ee izazvati reakciju borbe ili bijega, osloba\u0111aju\u0107i hormone poput adrenalina, endorfina i dopamina. Iako ovo mo\u017ee pru\u017eiti trenutno olak\u0161anje, dugoro\u010dno mo\u017ee dovesti do problema sa spavanjem i negativnog uticaja na mentalno zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111e je bitna va\u017enost izbjegavanja toksi\u010dnih TV emisija, jer one mogu smanjiti vrijeme koje tro\u0161imo na zdrave aktivnosti. Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da ono \u0161to gledamo mo\u017ee oblikovati na\u0161e razmi\u0161ljanje i percepciju.
