We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Youth Photo Contest<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is an exciting opportunity for you(th) to showcase your talent and perspective on the theme of “Capturing Civic Activism.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This contest aims to empower and engage Youth across Europe to express their understanding of Civic Activism through the lens of their cameras. The contest aims to curate a collection of impactful images that resonate with the spirit of civic engagement and social change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Open to residents of all 46 European countries (member countries of the Council of Europe). Participants must be aged 18-25 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The contest opens on 28 November and closes on 21 December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12 winners will be selected. The top twelve photos, together with their creators, will be featured in a high-quality calendar for the year 2024. All winners will receive a complimentary copy of the calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One exceptional photograph will be awarded the Grand Prize and the the Grand Prize winner will be invited to the closing event on 25-28 March 2024 in Poland (location tbc later), with fully funded travel and accommodation costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An exhibition featuring the winning photographs will be organised during the closing event in March 2024. The exhibition will serve as a platform to showcase the power of civic activism through visual storytelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The curated calendar will be disseminated with a digitally available PDF calendar across Europe to raise awareness about civic activism. We will share and promote the selected entries on social media platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
