Ovaj sezonski afektivni poreme\u0107aj mo\u017ee rezultirati umorom, lo\u0161im raspolo\u017eenjem i smanjenom produktivno\u0161\u0107u.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, postoje na\u010dini kako se nositi s ovim izazovom i ostati produktivan tokom jeseni. To je dokazana praksa koja poma\u017ee da se fokusiramo na trenutak i smanjimo negativne misli i osje\u0107aje. Tako\u0111e, uklju\u010divanje omiljenih hobija i kreativne aktivnosti mo\u017ee biti od pomo\u0107i da se usmjerimo na pozitivne stvari tokom jeseni i hladnijih dana. Kreativni izrazi koji nas ispunjavaju su odli\u010dan na\u010din da popravimo svoje raspolo\u017eenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fizi\u010dka aktivnost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fizi\u010dka aktivnost igra klju\u010dnu ulogu u borbi protiv jesenje depresije. Redovna vje\u017eba podsti\u010de lu\u010denje endorfina, prirodnih hormona sre\u0107e koji pobolj\u0161avaju emocionalno stanje i op\u0161te blagostanje. Iako u toku hladnijih dana i nismo ba\u0161 motivisani za vje\u017ebanje, postoji niz aktivnosti koje mo\u017eemo praktikovati i unutar ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vje\u017ebe kao \u0161to su joga, pilates ili vje\u017ebe snage zahtijevaju minimalnu opremu i mogu se izvoditi u udobnosti doma. Osim toga, \u0161etnje na svje\u017eem vazduhu, \u010dak i ako su kra\u0107e, mogu nam pomo\u0107i da se osje\u0107amo bolje i pove\u0107amo svoju produktivnost. Da bismo se suo\u010dili s ovim izazovima i ostali produktivni, va\u017eno je imati plan i organizaciju. Treba postaviti sebi ciljeve, kako li\u010dne tako i profesionalne i razraditi planove kako ih posti\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kori\u0161tenje planera ili digitalnih alata za pra\u0107enje ciljeva mo\u017ee biti od pomo\u0107i da ostanemo fokusirani i organizovani. Osim toga, stvaranje to-do liste svaki dan mo\u017ee nam pomo\u0107i da se osje\u0107amo produktivnijim i usmjerimo svoju energiju na najva\u017enije zadatke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017eno je tako\u0111e voditi ra\u010duna o svojoj mentalnoj i emocionalnoj dobrobiti tokom jeseni.
