Nema potrebe da se osje\u0107amo krivima zbog svojih emocija; one su prirodni dio ljudskog iskustva. Treba dati sebi dozvolu i prihvatiti svoje emocije ba\u0161 takve kakve jesu u datom trenutku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klju\u010dna stvar je razgovarati o svojim emocijama sa terapeutom ili sa prijateljima, jer to je korak da ih savladamo. Pisanje dnevnika tako\u0111e mo\u017ee biti izuzetno korisno. Ne treba da se kritikujemo i osu\u0111ujemo, umjesto toga treba da sebo budemo potpora kao \u0161to bismo bili prijatelju u sli\u010dnoj situaciji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meditacija i mindfulness tehnike su ne\u0161to \u0161to definitivno djeluje da se fokusiramo na sada\u0161nji trenutak i umirimo um. Redovno praktikovanje ovih tehnika mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u smanjenju stresa i anksioznosti. Terapeuti ili savjetnici predlo\u017ei\u0107e mnoge alate za prevladavanje te\u0161kih emocija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prevazila\u017eenje negativnih emocija mo\u017ee biti izazovno, ali s pravim pristupom i podr\u0161kom mo\u017eemo posti\u0107i emocionalni balans.
