The online\u00a0training course aims to improve the alignment between the skills of professional trainers and the needs of the labor market through new skills and specialized digital competences applied to accessible and inclusive online training. The course will transfer to professional trainers an INNOVATIVE TEACHING APPROACHES AND METHODS to gain confidence in the online learning environment, involve the class, enhance its diversity and make courses accessible and inclusive.
The course will include:
– 34 hours synchronous online training
– 1 hour asynchronous online training
– design & development of 2 hours training pilot course
