Osoba sa visokim nivoom samopouzdanja ima pozitivan pogled na sebe, osje\u0107a se sposobno da se suo\u010di sa izazovima i vjeruje da mo\u017ee posti\u0107i svoje ciljeve. Najbitnije je nau\u010diti da sebe volimo i prihvatimo onakvim kakvi jesmo, sa svim svojim vrlinama i manama. Samoprihvatanje ne zna\u010di da ne treba da radimo na sebi i da se ne trudimo da postanemo bolji, ve\u0107 da se oslobodimo negativnih misli o sebi.
