Crash course je sastavljen od 4 modula i trajanje pojedina\u010dnih modula je 90-120 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Svi zainteresovani iz Bosne i Hercegovine treba sa se prijave \u0161to prije jer je broj mjesta ograni\u010den.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O projektu i treningu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 4th Industrial Revolution required the workforce to adapt and learn new skills at a fast-moving technological pace. However, it was the lockdown of the economy in 2020 that ignited remote working and new types of productivity and innovation, demonstrating that only those adept at lifelong and self-directed learning, and learning from the experience of others will be at an advantage. To assist NEET communities (young people not in employment, education, and training) apply the technology-intense-experience along with transversal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, TOURBiNE investigates the future of work in the tourism sector as per the 2021-2017 EU Education Area and Digital Strategy and the 11 European Youth Goals 2019-2027 and suggests strategies to link training with portfolios of demonstrable evidence of transversal skills, micro-credentials, and validation methods in the community of practice. TOURBiNE establishes long-lasting partnerships in Turkey, Netherlands, Greece, Jordan, Bosnia &amp; Herzegovina, Egypt, and Tunisia in order to: a) mitigate skills gaps in education\/training caused by rapids shifts in technology and society; b) promote transversal key competencies and rewind the tourism service design; d) assist employers to recruit and retain talents. \u03a4\u03bf boost innovation and connect teaching and learning practice to the world of work, the Partnership is launching an industry-related and praxis-validated SKILLS INFRASTRUCTURE for low-carbon i-tourism services. Youth empowerment is ensured through novel qualifications\/competencies and the industry-related OPEN DIGITAL BADGE certification, acquired in non-formal and informal settings and the direct participation in 32 OER, Training, Teaching, Crash Courses, and Digital Skilling Tools and the design and delivery of 6 i-tourism services: the Experience-Based Tourism Route; 6 Heritage Games; the Community-based Tourism App presented to industry players at the World Tourism and Travel Fair ITB Berlin 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crash Course in Heritage Interpretation will be organized on the Zoom platform, and only selected participants can participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The crash course is composed of 4 modules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TRAINING DAYS<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tuesday,&nbsp;August 29, 17.00 hours, Eastern European Time (EET)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Module 1 \u201cHeritage Interpretation\u201d involves consequently much more than mere transmission of knowledge and facts: it is a system for decoding messages of diverse complexity and a high degree of ambiguity. It employs codes accessible to visitors, enabling them to connect with heritage presented to them in virtual and in situ environments by experiencing and understanding through their senses and cognitive abilities. Providing visitors with relevant Heritage Interpretation makes them a part of the experience. M1 teaches heritage interpretation as a main communication medium in recreational and leisure settings. M2 exploits the different ways of communicating as a means to bridge the spatiotemporal distance between visitors and resources.<br>Learners are offered a methodology to classify a place\u2019s assets into heritage classes in order to further select distinctive and visit-worthy features and to produce a place\u2019s identity. Learners familiarize themselves with the Significance Assessment Process, a methodological approach based on criteria for the assessment of cultural heritage resources from natural and man-made environments, accompanied by tourism modifiers, which guarantee the appropriateness of the resources to enter the tourism market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tuesday,&nbsp;September 05, 17.00 hours, Eastern Europe<\/strong>an&nbsp;<strong>Time (EET)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Module 2 deals with the significance of heritage items, objects, collections, and places, introducing participants to the genius loci, a place\u2019s identity, and spirit. The significance of assets is a crucial issue, as it builds the travel motivation in tourism and the basis for the sustainability of heritage. Significance places heritage into its proper value and its broader cultural and social context and emphasizes the importance of interpretation in the understanding and valuation of heritage. M2 demonstrates that heritage tourism may offer even small communities economic growth and employment diversification, improve the residents\u2019 income, enabling young people to stay in their local communities. Learners acquire knowledge about how to signify, plan and manage tourism attractions and how to develop experience-based tourism products and services, whereas the understanding of tourism accessibility is of crucial importance for the overall success<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T<strong>uesday,&nbsp;September&nbsp;12, 17.00 hours, Eastern European Time (EET)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Module 3 delivers higher interpretive skills for planning holistic interpretive products and services with specific market value. It exploits consumer and visitor experience opportunities provided by given resources in given cultural consumption contexts and caters to experience diversity. Learners acquire that visitors come to attractions for very different and sometimes conflicting reasons and learn how to provide opportunities for a range of visitor experiences as an important part of sustaining the attraction\u2019s quality. By providing a diversity of settings, learners accomplish a double task: firstly the offer visitors to select products and services close to their visitation motives, and secondly a diversity of experiences helps to avoid the conflicts that often occur among visitors who expect various outcomes from their visits.<br>M3 deals also with the concept of leisure time, as a post-Fordist good and its economic value in cultural heritage tourism and other consumption settings. The main learning task is to realize that leisure time has always a restricted, non-refundable time budget and is very much exposed to external risks. Direct accessibility to resources is therefore crucial for the success of a given product. Learners acquire how to develop and implement successful leisure time products and services exploiting opportunities offered in recreational and leisure settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tuesday,&nbsp;September&nbsp;17, 17.00 hours, Eastern European Time (EET)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Module 4 aims to undertake a review of what is an experience. M4 follows the definition of the philosopher John Dewey in his seminal work \u201cArt as an Experience\u201d, published in 1933 in New York. Dewy\u2019s definition: sounds: \u201cExperience is the result, the sign, and the reward of that interaction of organism and environment which, when it is carried to the full, is a transformation of interaction into participation and communication\u201d. Consequently, if an experience is not transformative, then is not an experience; this is the leading principle for the design of the games in Turkey, Greece, Jordan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Tunisia. Trainees will learn how to design their games by playing games.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TOURBiNE aims to advance heritage tourism by delivering high-quality experiences at heritage places and communicating cultural values: from natural monuments and ecosystems to sites and collections, from the arts to traditions and handicrafts.
