Yet, we saw the need to apply these as facilitators better. So, we created &#8220;Train the Trainer,&#8221; empowering them with practical training tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ojectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Facilitate self-assessment and self-knowledge among participants, promoting understanding of strengths and areas for growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Enhance comprehension of group dynamics, enabling effective navigation and contribution within team settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Develop participants &#8216; public speaking abilities to foster confident and persuasive communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Familiarize participants with VAKOG (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Olfactory, and Gustatory) learning styles for tailored and inclusive interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
