Pozitivan stres ima dobre efekte na psihi\u010dko i fizi\u010dko zdravlje, a jedan od primjera je treniranje, dok negativan stres ima dugotrajno lo\u0161e efekte na zdravlje.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dugotrajno izlaganje stresu, izazovni poslovni zadaci, mentalna i fizi\u010dka iscrpljenost i svakodnevni naporni rad samo su neki od okida\u010da koji doprinose razvoju<em>&nbsp;burnout<\/em>&nbsp;sindroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"attachment_93190\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pinterest.com\/pin\/create\/bookmarklet\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fultra.ba%2Fsta-je-burnout-sindrom-i-kako-ga-prepoznati%2F&amp;media=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ultra.ba%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2023%2F06%2Fpexels-karolina-grabowska-8546656.jpg&amp;description=Pexels&amp;is_video=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ultra.ba\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/pexels-karolina-grabowska-8546656.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-93190\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Pexels<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Burnout<\/em>&nbsp;je relativno nov termin koji je prvi put upotrijebio Herbert Frojdenberger 1974. u svojoj knjizi&nbsp;<em>Burnout: The High Cost of High Achievement<\/em>&nbsp;(<em>Burnout: Visoka cena visokog dostignu\u0107a<\/em>). Od tada do danas izra\u0111eno je gotovo 500 studija na ovu temu, a 2019. godine Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija prepoznala je&nbsp;<em>burnout<\/em>&nbsp;kao medicinsku dijagnozu i rezultat hroni\u010dnog stresa na radnom mjestu na kojem se nije adekvatno radilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"attachment_93191\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pinterest.com\/pin\/create\/bookmarklet\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fultra.ba%2Fsta-je-burnout-sindrom-i-kako-ga-prepoznati%2F&amp;media=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ultra.ba%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2023%2F06%2Fpexels-mart-production-7605197.jpg&amp;description=Pexels&amp;is_video=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ultra.ba\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/pexels-mart-production-7605197.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-93191\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Pexels<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kako prepoznati\u00a0<em>burnout<\/em>\u00a0sindrom?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stres je glavni uzrok&nbsp;<em>burnouta<\/em>, me\u0111utim, on se itekako razlikuje od stresa.
