Mnoge stvari u svom \u017eivotu uop\u0161te i ne prime\u0107ujemo kao toksi\u010dne, a one nam na duge staze oduzimaju vreme, energiju, negativno uti\u010du na na\u0161e samopouzdanje i samopo\u0161tovanje, \u010dine da ose\u0107amo&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sensa.mondo.rs\/tag1196\/Nezadovoljstvo\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nezadovoljstvo<\/a>. U na\u0161oj prirodi je da gre\u0161imo i ne treba zbog toga da se ose\u0107ate manje vredno. Dozvolite sebi gre\u0161ke, na njima se u\u010di!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Gledanje filmova i serija no\u0107u<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eda vam je lepo da pogledate nekoliko epizoda serije ili film svake ve\u010deri, ako zbog toga kradete od sna, to je jedan vid toksi\u010dnog pona\u0161anja. San je tako duboko va\u017ean za vas jer se u REM fazi mozak odmara od briga, problema, stresa, oporavlja se od trauma\u2026 Ako ne odvojite vreme da dozvolite va\u0161em mozgu i telu da se odmore, to je ne\u0161to \u0161to vas\u00a0<strong>sigurno vodi u bolest<\/strong>. Isklju\u010dite pametne ure\u0111aje pre odlaska na spavanje,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/sensa.mondo.rs\/zdravo-telo\/zdravlje-i-holisticka-medicina\/a24001\/Sta-se-desava-u-telu-ako-ne-spavate-izmedju-1-i-3-ujutru.html\" target=\"_blank\">dozvolite organizmu bar sat vremena predaha<\/a>\u00a0kako bi mogao da se opusti i lagano utone u san<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
