Managing the two diverese sides of the dialogue is challenging, but NOT impossible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This webinar is one of the four online activities that the&nbsp;<strong>Democracy Reloading Partnership<\/strong>&nbsp;is organising on the basis of its&nbsp;online Toolkit. Each webinar is focusing on one of the&nbsp;4 key competences for municipality staff.
