As a participant, you will explore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salto-youth.net\/downloads\/4-17-4385\/ETS_Competence_Model_Youth_Workers_final_2023.pdf\">ETS competence model for youth workers<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; its content, origins and intentions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to zoom out and see your youth work context as a living system?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is your role and function in your youth work system beyond your official role as a youth worker?&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What does it mean to approach competence development from a systemic point of view?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is the potential of the ETS competence model in your youth work context?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to do a systemic self-assessment and plan your development as a youth worker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You will learn at the Canvas.net online learning platform.&nbsp;<strong>You can enrol already now<\/strong>&nbsp;and check the course description, introduce yourself and get ready for the course to start on the 15th of May 2023.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course is structured into 6 modules, which will be opened gradually over 6 weeks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>15th May: 1.
