create posibility for network, life-long learning and improvement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Youth work of organisations who hold Quality Label is definitely enriched with ESC volunteers presence.<br>It brings lots of positive aspects and impacts, same as challenges, new situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quality never goes out of style &#8211; right ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So let&#8217;s Polish our youthwork dear Quality holders!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TC OBJECTIVES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To support organizations who has Quality Label and involve in their everyday youth work international volunteers&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To review&nbsp;risk assesment strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To exchange experience and good \/ not so good practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To empower the resilience of youth workers and organizations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide the space for networking and partnership-building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PARTICIPANT PROFILE<\/strong><br>Representative of youth organisations holding Quality Label.<br>We welcome first of all fresh organisations, with little experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The activity will be facilitated by experienced trainer, external expert of QL of&nbsp;Polish NA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WINDMILL TREE&nbsp;philosophy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We organise our trainings in the countryside &#8211; close to nature, in order to give participants the opportunity to slow down a little bit and take care of their own mental health.<br>We promote healthy, local food, based on a vegetarian and vegan diet &#8211;
