A cycle of trainings aimed at improving quality of Youth work – the time is right for youth work to be professionalised in line with other human service practices such as formal education and psychology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This Training will be dedicated to Modern sub-Cultures of the Youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The term \u201cyouth sub-culture\u201d refers to the ways that young people conduct their lives. It involves interests, styles, behaviors, music, beliefs, vocabulary, clothes … approach to ecology, politics, gender, social issues … <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The concept behind youth sub-culture is that Young person made of norms, behaviors and values that can very differ from the main culture of us – “older” generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We invite You to improve Your understanding of Sub-culture of young people, to be able better to understand their needs, expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants will share their good practices and successful stories, projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meeting with young people, representing different sub-cultures, with experts in sociaology, antropoly etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We will take advantage of beeing in mountains in winter =) .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participants will have possibility to work on new common projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
