Briga o tome \u0161ta drugi ljudi misle, menjanje svog pona\u0161anje kako bi se izbeglo odbacivanje i uklopilo sa ostatkom grupe itd. Iako to mo\u017ee biti cena da budete deo dru\u0161tvenog sveta, neki od ovih izazova pokazuju za\u0161to samostalno provo\u0111enje vremena mo\u017ee biti veoma va\u017eno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imati vremena za sebe daje vam priliku da se oslobodite dru\u0161tvenih pritisaka i usredsredite svoje misli, ose\u0107anja i iskustva ka sebi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pronala\u017eenje vremena za samo\u0107u mo\u017ee imati brojne prednosti. Neki od njih uklju\u010duju:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kreativnost- kada ostane bez dru\u0161tvene stimulacije, mozak poja\u010dava svoje kreativne mre\u017ee kako bi pomogao da se popuni praznina.
